We personally inspect every property we list and make every effort to keep listing details, pricing, and availability accurate. Prices, availability, and status (available, under offer, sold) can change quickly and are not a binding offer until confirmed directly with us.

MKS Properties facilitates connections between buyers and sellers and assists with negotiation. We do not provide legal or financial advice. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own legal due diligence, documentation review, and financing arrangements, and should consult qualified professionals for these.

Brokerage Fees & Payments

Our brokerage fee applies only upon successful completion of a sale and will be discussed and agreed upon upfront before you list a property with us or make an offer through us. This website does not process payments. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how payment terms are handled.

The text, layout, and MKS Properties branding on this website are owned by us.
