What We Collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website (contact form, property enquiry, or “Sell With Us” form), we collect only what the form asks for: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), any message you send, and which property or service you enquired about. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment details, ID numbers, or other sensitive information through this website.

If you accept analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, we also receive aggregate, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, general location at city level, device type) through Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixel, only if and once those are enabled. How We Use It

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss the property or service you asked about, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.

Who We Share It With

We do not share your enquiry data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is processed by the infrastructure providers that run this website on our behalf — Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Cloudinary (photo hosting) — solely to operate the site. These providers do not have independent rights to use your data. If you accept analytics cookies, Google and/or Meta process anonymised usage data under their own privacy policies.

How Long We Keep It

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward, and delete or anonymise them once they are no longer needed for that purpose or for any legal obligation we have to keep records.

How We Store It

Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database and is accessible only to MKS Properties staff who need it to respond to you.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what information we hold about you, (b) correct it if it's wrong, or (c) delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
