No Online Payments

This website does not process any payments, bookings, token amounts, or advance fees online. Submitting an enquiry or contact form does not create a financial obligation and nothing is charged to you through this site.

Brokerage Fees

Where MKS Properties charges a brokerage fee for a completed sale, the amount, timing, and terms are agreed directly with you in writing before any fee is due, separately from this website. Any cancellation or refund terms for that fee are governed by that written agreement, not by this page.

Property Booking Amounts

If you pay a token or booking amount directly to a seller or to us in connection with a property transaction, that payment and any refund or forfeiture terms are set out in the specific sale agreement or receipt for that transaction, not on this website.
